Bicycle

Bicycle

This is a Linocut print I created during the height of my love for bicycles. Based on my beloved lug-steel vintage Raleigh frame, its simplicity is a reflection of my own fixed gear bike. Though I miss a lot from my time in San Francisco, I do not miss the dreaded and numerous hills that make up its terrain. Biking on a fixed gear, up hill, is not an easy nor fun task. The recent explosion of the imagery of bikes and its culture is not lost on me. Although, I was a bit ahead of the times, creating this back in 2005. It is featured as a full color photo lithography print and held by my wife Kelly.
