My Heart… Is with the birds.
Throughout my life, I have felt darkness and fear. It gives me great comfort to know that throughout this, I am being watched over by my ancestors, under their protection and care. I believe the Native Americans had a great way of looking at ancestors, always carrying a part of them with them. This was the basis for the inspiration for this piece.
